What are Soul Groups?

Soul Groups

Have you ever met someone and felt like you had known them forever, even though this was the first time you had met?

When we ‘click’ first time with someone new, the chances are we have known this person before!

A Soul connection happens when two people of the same vibrational frequency energetically overlap and share each other’s thoughts, feelings, values, and dreams. They may come from completely different cultures, races, or backgrounds, but there will be an immediate connection, which you feel deep within.

These people are part of our soul group. Each of us belongs to a soul group or soul family and their purpose is to provide loving support and also to help us to learn our life lessons!

We can also meet people who we have had ‘karma’ with that has occurred because something has happened between us in a previous life. We meet because one of us needs to learn a lesson. Sometimes, people in our soul groups can cause the most pain and misery as these are lessons which we need to overcome. Once we have learnt these lessons, we normally go our separate ways as the ‘karmic ties’ have been broken.

Many of these souls have been with us in previous lives and we have also spent time with them in the ethereal realms. While we’re on the ‘other side’, we make agreements with our soul groups to meet at some point when we come back to Earth (or any other place of incarnation, it doesn’t have to be Earth).

Our Higher Selves also play an interactive role in the arrangement and meeting between two or more souls. Consider the fact that your Higher Self is multidimensional and can communicate with other beings at any given time.

People in our soul group can be anyone from family, friend, boss, teacher, mentor, co-worker and even our pets! Some of our Spirit Guides can also be part of our soul group!

We meet them throughout our lives and they may stay for a short time or be there throughout our lives on Earth.

Very often friendships can end suddenly, leaving one person to wonder why the other has stopped calling. It often has to do with the connections that kept the friendship growing. Once the connections or lessons are complete, souls move forward. If one member of a soul group gets stuck in the same old issues, the other will move on.

Here are some signs that can help you know if you have met someone from your Soul Group: They may mirror or have a similar life experience as you, helping you to understand your situation better.

  1. You share similar life experiences, helping you to understand your situation better.
  2. Your Soul feels nourished in their presence
  3. You can be your true authentic self with them
  4. You feel energized around them and they help to balance your energy
  5. You feel as though you’ve known them for your entire life
  6. They appear in your life when you need guidance
  7. Time disappears quickly when talking as you enjoy their company so much
  8. You are on the same page emotionally
  9. Your intuition is strengthened, as you intuitively feel what the other is thinking from the heart
  10. You mirror each other
  11. You work together to support global causes or a bigger vision.

I have met a lot of people from my soul group along my journey, some have taught me some much-needed lessons, others have shared my love for healing, been a source of inspiration or just loved me for who I am.

I am so grateful to all these people and I love meeting new members of my soul group! As I have now cleared the majority of my karma, the new members I meet are much more about support rather than lessons!
