I also wanted to share a few links for my favourite Hypnosis Meditations to help you let go and release anxiety.
Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention. When we are in this state, positive suggestions can be more easily accepted by our subconscious minds to help change our beliefs.

This is so relaxing and helps to calm the mind. It combines aspects of self-hypnosis, guided meditation and guided visualization to allow a beautiful sense of simply floating away into wonderfully tranquil, positive dreams.
Listen along and allow yourself to relax deeply, as you learn how to let go of physical tensions in the body, as well as melt away unwanted stresses or worries in the mind.
Hypnosis to Let Go of Negative Attachments & Rebuild Confidence
This is a wonderful way to release negative attachments and clear negative energy from your subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is where we store many core beliefs. We have the power to change these beliefs, which are sometimes completely untrue and often unwanted!
This meditation helps us release and let go of outdated beliefs and lays the foundation for healing.
Hypnosis for Calming Anxiety & Living With Ease
I added this one as so many people are feeling very anxious at the moment. This is due to our fears coming up to be cleared but also triggered by the unrest that is happening around the world, which will continue to increase as we move closer to 2020.
